Kaizen

Kaizen is a japanese term for "continuous improvement".
This could be interpreted as "small change, big difference".
It is used in some businesses to improve their processes and eliminate "waste".

Kaizen Philosophy Summary

1. Do not spend money for kaizen, use your wisdom.
2. Wisdom emerges in the face of adversity.
3. To seek the root cause of all your problems, ask why? five times.
4. Seek the wisdom of ten people rather than the knowledge of one.
5. Kaizen ideas are infinite.
6. Discard conventional fixed ideas.
7. Think of how to do it, not why it cannot be done.
8. Don't make excuses. Start by questioning current practices.
9. Do not seek perfection. Do it right away, even if only for 50% of the target.
10. If you make a mistake, correct it immediately.
