About this guide: I have chosen to present this information in the vein of chronicle/summary. No one can teach pk, it must be experienced on one's own.
Results to date: Movement of (AA) battery through manipulation of of mind-generated energy. Have not yet achieved levitation, movement restricted to rocking battery in an approx. 6 inch threshold. Have begun to experience promising connections with computer cursor, but unable to effect program/function oriented outcomes.
Some thoughts about energy: My personal power is manifested by what I prefer to call aether. A universal energy with many different properties that can be tuned for different outcomes by your mind. (pk, inducing sexual trance) I believe that there are many lenses to perceive this energy such as chakra, and other forms of "zoning". I believe that zoning pk (such as trying to control objects with your 3'rd eye) is damaging and distracting to the outcome. My experience started with chakra energy, started at the root and worked my way up to no longer aware of any particular emphasis on a particular energy field. After several months of chakra mediatation, I began to open up to a universal source of energy where my entire body began to feel surrounded by a magnet. It was only after I discarded chakras was I unable to produce any noticable effects. Please keep in mind that this is a purely subjective experience and that any one experience, no matter how succesful, is not the only way to reach a desired goal. (I will update this manual when I actually contact other succesful pk-tuned folks to confer experiences)
Notes on mediation: It is my personal experience that chants and other language based incitement rituals are distractions. Keep your mind as free from language as possible, and don't yell at energy. Focusing energy at any particular point in your body may be necessary when opening channels, but zone-free energy flow is the ultimate goal.
How I learned: This may seem rather basic, but in reality it's as simple as knowing "hey, i can move this battery!"sss Any sort of elaborate training method or set of exercises is ultimately distracting from said statement. Find a flat surface, take a AA battery and start rolling back and forth. By staring at it and "pretending" that you are moving the battery is ALL you have to do in order to control metal, or objects of any matter I assume. (I have not yet tested this hypothesis as I rushed to write this guide after my first unfathomably good feeling connections) It took me several months of not so daily practice to achieve. Be as non-aware as possible. By this I mean it can be frustrating to "pretend" you are controlling metal. The state of control requires no consicous thoughts, be careful of analyzing "just listening" (ie finding the force), "feeling the force", and "hey i'm controlling that damn battery!"
